Every product starts with a need or an idea. Siplan Ibérica offers a specific department to innovate in the solar protection sector, with the objective of developing elegant, durable, and, above all, functional products. One of the main sources is the contribution of ideas by our customers.

Our technical department has a product development division shared in collaboration with our customers to shape a product with the necessary characteristics required for their markets.
All products developed by the technical department have been approved under the relevant durability and wind resistance tests, verified under the European standard UNE EN:13561.

Aluminum extrusion line
Cutting and machining section
With several cutting and machining centers, it enables us to perform the operations required for our production, as well as proposals from our customers that can be programmed into the software.

Gravity casting
It guarantees a perfect balance between resistance and elasticity in the production of pieces.
Shot blasting section for all pieces
Giving it the surface finish required for proper coating.
Coating plants
We have two coating plants: a vertical line for the production of coated profiles, and a horizontal line specially designed for pieces and accessories. Thanks to both plants, we obtain a finish in any color of the RAL chart and a maximum quality treatment, periodically tested to guarantee optimal resistance to environmental corrosion.
Assembly and packaging
We are aware of the importance that service has in our market. It is not enough to offer a competitive product; it must be served on time and in optimal conditions for the customer.
We have our own transport network in Spain and part of Europe, which is complemented by the services of transport companies to deliver products punctually to our customers.
We currently serve customers on the 5 continents, so our regulatory warehouses are strategically located at a maximum of three hours from the most important loading ports in Spain, in order to guarantee an agile, optimal, and fast shipment to any point in the world from any of them.
In order to satisfy market demands in record time, we have a large stock strategically located to reach the customer in the shortest possible time.
In recent years we have managed to consolidate our international project, meeting the specific needs of customers and distributing to a large number of customers in countries across the 5 continents. We work side by side with distributors in the main areas of the planet: Europe, America, countries with great strategic development potential in Africa, and the Middle East.
Our products are designed, manufactured, and tested to offer maximum reliability, fully complying with the requirements of the European standard EN-13561:2015 as a quality reference.
To achieve these goals, we have an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System, based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 standards, which favors the continuous improvement of the service offered and environmental commitment.
